Alps Adria Academy on Active Mobility is part of the Mura’s Institute for Infrastructure Development initiative to re-open existing cross-border inter-regional railways and build long-distance cycling infrastructure along this lines in Mura- and Drava river regions by connecting policies and economy with active- and inclusive mobility, regional development, physical- and mental health, and sport.
Symposium :||: Sustainable infrastructure as a bridge to connect cities and regions
2020 symposium on sustainable and active mobility will be held on the 130th birthday of the Radkersburger Bahn (as it is called in German), that was opened on 16th of October, 1890. With this symposium we will rise the awareness of sustainable and active mobility with wide range of cross-sectoral stakeholders not only in four countries of Slovenia, Austria, Croatia, Hungary but in the Central and Eastern Europe as a whole.
